This is an Intensive Three year Diploma Course Training the Students in catering and Hotel Management. In the First year It Starts with the Foundation Of Cooking, Identification Of Equipments, kitchen Hygiene including safety and Security in Kitchen.
In the Next semester -Training Food Service Areas, Teaching Basic technical Skills in layout, Preparation of Mock tails, Trolley Set Up and Restaurant Set Up In The Second year the Main part will be Introduction to different Types Of Cuisines which includes Bengali, Goan , Gujarat, Hyderabad, Maharashtra, Punjabi, and Rajasthan with Pastry Followed by Different types Of Wines, Beers, Spirits with International Menu planning and Continental Cuisine.
In The Third Year it completely trains the Students in French Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Asian Cuisine with Continental Pastry. The Course also offers the Students with 6 Months Internship program In Abroad and In India.
